Briarcrest has an awesome senior and junior class. We have everyone returning besides a senior who didn't play. Last year we made a strong run at the end of the season. I would like to know why we are not considered one of the top teams in shelby metro.

Hey, if you notice, no Div. II team is in the Dandy Dozen. The Commercial Appeal is always hard on Div. II, so unless a team is really good, they are not going to get in. Give it a few weeks into the season and a Div. II team or two may begin to appear in the lower spots.

That's because Division II in the Memphis area just isn't as good as the publics, generally speaking. Briarcrest will be in there before too long, but are there any privates in Memphis who would beat BTW, Hamilton, Fairley, Ridgeway, White Station, Raleigh-Egypt, Wooddale, East, etc. with any consistency?
