Wait, wait, wait...... it says that Shelbyville held them to 5 in the first, 6 in the second, and none in the third........ I am confused  I know that obviously Shelbyville must have lost by the first post, but who did they play and where? Was it Ridgeway (who recently beat Jackson Co........ who beat Shelbyville?) at Jackson Co. or what? I saw that the score was posted at Ridgeway 89 and Shelbyville 29......... is that the game you are talking about?

I feel for Shelbyville. Mt. Juliet is 4-0 on the season with a 78-28 victory over Henry County, 89-15 over Clarksville NW, 66-22 over Maplewood, and 64-27 over Glencliff. Coach pulled the starters in all the games but the underclassmen continued to play hard and score. What is a coach supposed to do? :justwrestle:

No, no, no... I was ASKING if that was right? I didn't think that anyone could beat them by 60 either..... that is why I was asking if that was right and if the posts were right.... why would someone ask Shelbyville fans if they were ashamed of their score if they didn't get beat by 60? I don't know anything about it..... I was asking if that was true... no one has answered me yet.... is it true? is that score right?

    • Yes region 1 is extremely weak but a # 5 seed out of region 2 has no business in the playoffs either.
    • They've had some great talent over the years. They usually don't whip no one but can be tough to stop on offence.
    • Could be a lot of reason from what I’ve seen so far.  The lights wouldn’t turn on at Smyrna last night and had to move games to Blackman could be a reason or maybe he is talking about how on some of the games on NFHS network the camera placement was absolutely asinine. ( had a camera set up right in front of a net and couldn’t see crap)
    • If Gordonsville can manage getting through these next 2 games without using him it will be ideal. ER was the last team to not have to pitch their #1 till the state championship i believe. Worked out well for them but they also had one of the best 1A staffs of all time that year. Only allowed one run the whole tournament and it was in the 7th inning.
    • And he’s not even their #1. Lights out performance. Gordonsville is in the drivers seat with their #1 arm available throughout the tournament.
