Coffee Co. vs Shelbyville

I have seen both teams up close and personal. I saw CC play Franklin Co. Friday night and saw Shelbyville play three games in camp this summer. I knew that Shelbyville was in no way, form, or fashion the #1 team in the nation, but they are MUCH, MUCH better than CC. The talent level is better from the top of the starting lineups to the bottom of the bench. However, I can also tell you that, from what I saw of him at Franklin County, the CC coach knows how to coach a basketball team. He spent his time coaching his players and not doing a whole lot of yelling at the referees. Could be as good as Insell. Only time will tell.

Shelbyville is struggling because they have no floor leadership. Somewhere, sometime, someone will step up and take over, be the leader and then they will be the Shelbyville of old. It could take another loss to get them to hit the wall but when they do and that someone takes over, look out everyone. Hang in there girls, be patient, it will happen in due time and it will all be well worth the wait. Anything worth waiting for always is.

the Franklin County game was DEFINATELY not a fair showcase of CC's talent, I beleive they are much better than that.. when they come out ready tomorrow night it's gonna be a 32 minute game, even if the win is by 20 it will be a battle hard fought...

I could say the same thing about all three of the loses for Shelbyville except that they have not been all hard fought. The talent is there but the heart has not been so far. As I said before, when it does happen, lookout for all.

You know that wall I was talking about, just maybe they have it and it might be lookout time for those to come. Time will tell if it was one good outing or the start of something special, even with three loses.

It seems Froggy, Showtime7, and Huck don't have much faith in CC. Any reasons?
