best players in district

Who are some of the top players in each district? leading rebounders? best 3 point shooter? best assist?

I want district, not overall. We have 16 districts and 8 regions and I would like to see the top 10 in each district.

Livingston Academy-7AA

 

Katrina Beechboard..Miss AA Basketball Runner-Up last year. Averages close to a double-double every game with points and rebounds with close to 6 assist everygame. She dominates the paint and can shoot great beyond the arc. Has the ability to take the game over anytime she wants.

 

Megan Thompson..Can knock down 3's like shooting lay-ups. Went 4-4 from behind the arc against Oliver Springs in the Livingston Jaycees tourny during the Christmas break. While in that game she shoot 100% and had 20 points over all.

 

Kellie Thurman..Plays excellent defense and can shoot the ball anywhere on the court. She has the ability to shoot from behind the arc and in the paint. She averages close to 15pts per game and grabs lots of defensive and offensive boards.

 

Kasey Baltimore..The best defensive player in my opinion in the the District. Seems to always step up and play her best ball in crunch time. Though she doesn't score lots of points 6-8 per game, she has many assists and keeps her opposition to low scores.

District 8 has to be Ashleigh Newman of Shelbyville -- averaging 21 pts, 7 rebs and 3 steals per game.

 

Lawrence Co--Spann and Woods and Franklin Co--George and Hawkins would get honorable mention also.....

Moore and Bullock from Columbia are 2 of the best in 8AAA as well! Bullock is a good post player who can also step back and shoot the 3. Moore can do it all on the offensive and defensive end.
