dragonwrestler
Suppose there were to be a dual team for each region, comprised of the region champion of each weight. How would the regions stack up and place if the dual tournament were to be formatted as the state duals were? What place would each region come in? best_of_the_west
Haha, are those random picks? I think Bradley alone would probably beat a Region 8 all-star team. Let's see... 103-Williams (Ridg.) v. Morris--Williams by major, Reg. 8 up 4-0 112-Hammond (Coll.) v. Tinsley--Tinsley by major, tie 4-4 119-Groves (Hous.) v. Cordell--Cordell by pin, BC up 10-4 125-Baker (Bart.) v. Creagan--Creagan by dec., BC up 13-4 130-Speroff (Coll.) v. West--West by dec., BC up 16-4 135-Hannah (Bolton) v. Ensminger (thanks kdx)--Ensminger by pin., BC up 22-4 140-Barnett (G'town) v. Baker--Baker by dec., BC up 25-4 145-who knows v. Spain--Spain by tech., BC up 30-4 152-Borneman (Hous.) v. Spain--Borneman by pin, BC up 34-10 160-Graham (Coll.) v. Gibson--Gibson by pin, BC up 40-10 171-Grady (Hous.) v. Blackmon--Blackmon by pin, BC up 46-10 189-Faulkner (Coll.) v. Cooper--Cooper by pin, BC up 53-10 215-Hansen (Ridg.) v. Bailey--Bailey by dec., BC up 58-10 275-Stuart something (Cord.) v. Sively--Cord. kid by pin, BC up 58-16 Haha, looks like we have quite a ways to go. Now, I didn't research this, so nobody bite my head off, I'm just going off memory. It just gives you an idea of what it would be like. Edited January 18, 2004 by best_of_the_west
usfjim
ok, now i understand why no one is hitting this string. slighting bro and the stallion from the mustang ranch at 35, aren't you?
best_of_the_west
Bro already lost. I can't give it to him until he wins. I could give it to the 'stang. That would be my preference.
pindu
There would probably be a pin at 112 by Tinsley and the 215 match could go either way.
kdxdude
The Bradley kid that took Billy Herbold's spot at 135 is Ryan Ensminger. Great kid!
best_of_the_west
I'm not so sure that Tinsley would pin Hammond, but he could. I would thing that he would tech him before he pinned him, but that's just me.
slingshot
NOT ONLY DID RYAN ENSMINGER BEAT THE #2 RANKED 135 IN THE STATE (HERBOLD), BUT HE ALSO DEFEATED MARK FULLER, WHO FINISHED 5TH IN THE STATE LAST YEAR, IN TWO STRAIGHT MATCHES. best_of_the_west
Hmmm, didn't know that. I guess that will balloon Bradley's win.
