If it is going to be handled in house, in the practice room, then calling down someone on the public board seems a little less than private. Don't you think?

As a Coach, You should monitor your wrestlers at practice and give them advice on running their "smack" on the public board. But they have free will to do what they want, within the rules. Take it back to the practice room and deliver the message again. Not out here.
