curiouscoach
Clay County, congratulations on a HUGE win! Let me say that back earlier in the season I said that Pickett would win it all after they gave us such a paddling. You are saying that Bailey only had 11 points at the Den? And he dropped 27 at your house with Dusty riding him like a stickhorse? Something is wrong here. I noticed that in the last 2 games that Bailey only had 9 against Clarkrange. Is he playing with a straight jacket on? Please explain. An earlier thread mentioned something about him having a bad ankle. Is this true? With RBS going to the Den tomorrow it looks like 7A is wide open. As usual, congrats to Coach Edwards for a job well done.
jc23
Yes, for the last 1 1/2 week Bailey has been playing on severely sprained ankle He sat out last fridays game against Hermitage Springs and played sparingly against Clarkrange coming off the bench. Yes Bailey only had 11 vs Clay but he came down on his ankle wrong reinjurying it in the game but finished the game. He now has to sit out agianst RBS and might get to play ealry next week if things go good. Hope this answers you questions.
DOGPOUND
it was great Clay County went to pickett county and defeated them at their home court, Senior Guard Dusty Adams as you Pickett Co Fans know him as (Opie) stepped up big on the king and shut him down, how sweet it was. You Pickett Co fans didn't know you were adding fuel to the fire. Dusty thrives on competition, maybe next time you will be chanting King Dusty.
