JanaLee
Shutupandplay, you must have meant to say Heritage was going to score 50!! Great game for both teams just one had to lose.
hopalong
i think this was a surprising outcome, but cait played beautifully, even when she got slammed into the floor by a Seymour player. gushing blood, she still played and gave a valiant effort to try and carry her team to victory... without her it wouldn't have been so close, Heritage would've been blown out. great job to both teams
JanaLee
You are right it was a great game and I am sure to some it was a surprising outcome. For those of us who know the Seymour players it is not so surprising. Cait and Brooke both fought hard to carry their team to victory and you are right Cait was very valant in coming back into the game. The only statement I disagree with is the statement about a Seymour player slamming Cait to the floor. They were both going after a loose ball and Cait dove for it, as she dove, she took the Seymour player's feet out from under her and she fell on top of Cait. All an accident. Obviously you didn't notice how distraught the Seymour player was because she felt responsible. It was a case of two players who are the smallest players on their team playing hard and giving it all they have.
hopalong
i had no intention of making it sound like she was slammed purposefully, im sry if u took it that way. they were right in front of me when it happened, and for lack of a better word, i used slammed. i understand it was not intentional, and agree with u that both were giving their all. btw, Seymour's #3 played great defense on cait. sry about the misunderstanding. JanaLee
Apology accepted. I hope both teams finish out their season with a bang and that both end up in Murfreesboro. These girls in the east need to gain some respect from other parts of the state. And that statement was not said to start any arguments with anybody else. It was simply just a statement.
