Winners from Bradley included Tanner Johnson (103), Blake Tinsley (112), Shawn Cordell (119), Travis Creagan (125), Jake West (130), Ryan Ensminger (135), Jesse Baker (140), Justin Spain (152), Quinn Gibson (160), Bryant Blackmon (171), Matt Bailey (215) and Shawn Grady (275).

Other winners included Cleveland's James Jackson (145) and Cumberland County's James Kimbrell (189).

Earning outstanding wrestler honors at the tournament was Bradley's Blake Tinsley, who ousted Danny Coleman in a 12-0 major decision.

 

 

 

The Bears earned the Region 3 title 288 team points, second was Cleveland (140.5).

Other scores in the regional meet included Cookeville (118.5), Cumberland County (100), Rhea County (74.5), Chattanooga Central (63.5), McMinn Central (59.5), Boyd Buchanan (25) and Tyner (3).

How did Tinsley beat Coleman that bad?

well..i just wanted to say what a good job all my cookeville guys did! and no worries...those that will be returning next year will pull off some upsets w/ ya'll bradley guys . haha. to all the seniors...GREAT JOB GUYS! IM SO PROUD OF YA! Proctor, Boyce, Bates, and Sullivan. Let me tell ya, whoever would have had to wrestle B. J. Sullivan better be thankful, cuz he would have killed you! Good Luck in State guys.

Tinsley just plain thumped Coleman. Two takedowns and 2 or 3 near falls (on tilts). The final was 11-0 I think. Blake had a good day and Danny just did not look like ha has in the past. Tinsley seems to be "peeaking" at the right time!
