Sportsmanship in coaches and players

In the game things happen and excitement takes the game away. We all need to remember how to act. The coaches set examples for the players and should control their actions and their players. If a child gets a T they should set out for a while to see this is not the way the game should go. And if a coach gets a T they should learn from it and be punished for this. It seems so many get so wrapped up in the game that nothing matters but winning. We need to see we are teaching these kids by our actions we take. There are some coaches that do right in teaching the kids that you cannot mouth the refs or challenge their calls while others will talk back, say ugly words back to refs or act in a way they should not. Some teams are taught sportsmanship while others are taught to do whatever it takes to win. Winning is what everyone wants but we also need to teach sportsmanship. When your player knocks down the other team player should they walk over him or should he give him a hand and help him up. I see so many knock downs and being tough guys even when they don't have to. You can win and have good sportsmanship or lose and have good sportsmanship.
