holdtherope
No one is downing Waverly.they have a great program and coach.I think the word sleeper was used because they are an unknown this year.they do have probably the best hitter in the district coming back.I think her name is ? Megan Brown.she played for the Stealers last summer and had a good year.very capable of going yard. The Lady Tigers did lose alot of talent to graduation and their middle school program has not been strong the last 2-3 years. The Red Hawks overall record may not be as good this year because they are stepping up the level of competition outside the district to try and get stonger. In the Gibbs tourney they are slated to play some of the top teams in the state. The youth may show then, but hopefully they will gain some maturity.Good luck to everyone in the 10 AA
mchsballer
Who are some solid all around players in this district, the total package who can hit, field, throw and do it all? And how about the girls behind the plate, whos gonna be some of the top catchers this season? Edited March 5, 2004 by mchsballer
holdtherope
Whitney Batey of Creek Wood and Nicole Klingman of Cheatham Co. have to be the top catchers in 10AA.The Batey to Sensing combo have gotten many runners out since they were 9 years old and continued in the Hickman Co. scrimmage Thurs.Nicole looked very tough in travel ball last summer. mchsballer
Will Sensing be up and playing this year, or is she still out due to her knee injury?
holdtherope
MCHSballer, she is up and going this month. Her baserunning is a little slow though.the doctor reconstucted the acl using the hamstring and it is not a 100% yet.People say it takes about a year.We look for you to be tough to face.how is your team looking overall?your drop is always hard to connect with.are you back with the Thunder this summer?
