I just wanted to mention that I saw some extremely great talent at State last weekend. But I wanted to make a point that wrestling is more than winning or losing, it is about character and I have never seen such a display in character than the performance Chris Sullivan from Forrest put on at State. Wrestling with a torn calf muscle and unable to shoot. He trained all week for state by crawling and rolling on the mat. He never gave up. Because of his efforts he will graduate this year with no regrets and he looks forward to a successful college career. We see displays of courage and talent like this all the time. Many times they impact people in ways we could not imagine. These are our silent heros.
