Sevier County vs. Powell

It should be a great game, but not if sevier plays the way they did last night. And i think redding can handle ogan, and uner hollifield. It should be a great game, sc by 9.

Its all fun and games till somebody gets hurt, then its hilarious! (these are not my words) I just tried to quote them but could not so I pasted it.

Good Luck tonight Lady Bearettes. I am sure SC will come to play. And as far as Kayla goes, she can definately handle Ogan. Those of you Powell fans who read this, do not take this wrong. I am just stating my opinion about Kayla.

There is a difference in playing physical and playing dirty. Throwing elbows to somebody's face is dirty. There is no other reason for that than to try and hurt somebody. There is not a place for that in high school basketball, especially girls. Just because she has always played that way does not make it right. If a person cannot play with somebody without playing dirty and trying to hurt them, they should not even try. I am sure this will make some people mad but I have seen careers ruined by dirty play and I hold my breath every ballgame that it doesn't happen to my child.

The 2 keys to the game are Erin Ogan and the Powell guards beating the press. If Erin steps up for a big and finally showcases her stuff then I think Powell has a chance to beat SC. This is goes out to the Powell guards. If you make a turnover don't sulk on it. take your time and get the ball in and take it down the court and go inside and stick it up their butt . BUT.... if you sulk on it, well don't be suprised if you look up at the scoreboard and you are down 15 to 20 points.
