Guest Oakland
it was truly a shame that one team had to lose, but teams left it all out on the floor, Oakland just made one more play than Blackman. sneed fouling out really hurt Blackman. big key to the game was the fact that Oakland outrebounded Blackman 37-23 and got some big boards from neal and martin when they needed it. joines if u read this site, u played with the heart of a champion tonight, way to step up and hit a big 3 when ur team needed it! also the mere fact that Oakland won this game without ro murray for the majority of the game has to be impressive as well. great season Blackman its a shame somebody had to lose. btw, what time is the region championship tommorrow night?! MrRight
According to an Oakland student, when Rob Wassell of Blackman went down he was faking it and was not really hurt. Course Wassell sat out rest of game with ice on his shoulder so he is a great actor. Not sure how one gets fallen on and is not a foul, yet one can brush another player and get a call. Anyway, using the classy OHS student's logic, Rho Murray was not hurt but was also faking his ankle sprain. I must admit that i didnt expect Blackman to loose last night, but ohh well. Although the refs were bad at the game (like the 2 calls they said were against Oakland but then changed them) you cant blame the refs for the loss. Good luck Oakland and bring the championship to the 'Boro. Great season Blaze, the fans and entire school are proud of you.
