DCA vs Perry County!

Way to go PC! first trip to the state in forever. What was the final score? Anyone know who scored what for both teams?

Hey unbiasedspectator -

 

How can you say that District 9-A/Region 5-A is the best in the state when the 2 teams from Region 6-A/District 12-A swept them in the Sectionals/Sub-state ? You can't be serious.

 

Perry Co. & Summertown showed tonight that District 12-A holds the upper hand in Middle Tennessee.

dont forget about district 7A, Clay Co. and Clarkrange made it to state!

That is true, but from top to bottom I think a slight edge goes to Region 5. Think about Ezell, the Perennial Powerhouse of Class A the past few years didn't even get to the Region Championship. Or FRA, who was Top Ranked for a while during the season who didn't make it out of the Region Semifinals. Summertown and Perry County won their respective games, but I'm sticking to what I said about 5 being the toughest Region OVERALL.

unbiasedspectator, you're right about Region 5 with FRA and Ezell.

BUT, Region 6 can match you with Wayne Co. & Moore Co. It seems like at least one of them makes it to the state every year.

Congrats to Perry co and DCA. It was a good game where i agree with unbiasedspectator. Also, congrats to Keaton Bodiford on super career at DCA. She helped turn that program around and leads her team in almost every stat.

She will be a super college player. Hopefully, not making it to the state will not hurt her chances of making All-State. She is an impressive girl on and off the court.

I think she will be on the class A all-state team, if the voters know basketball!
