A hard time for the Lady Rebels right now with their coaches leaving. Does anyone know who might be going out for the job?

Jason Kallenberg of Powell High School.

The top ast coach in East Tenn

and ready to take over a program.

 

An important part of the

Panthers making it to State.

 

Wait till the Tournament is over.

Assistant Coach Palmer is taking over the head football coach job at Page. Not sure why Pantall left... not sure it's our business.

It appears that the Lady Rebels had a much improved season. Why has the coach decided not to return?

It seems to be a good situation, would like some information.

Pure speculation here but I believe that Coach Pantall will still be at Franklin next year. He does coach other sports besides basketball and I'm sure it was just getting to be too much.

 

It is a good situation to come into though. Lost a couple key seniors but there's a ton of young talent. At one point during the season, they were starting three sophomores. Hope they get a good coach that can bring continued success to the FHS Lady Rebel basketball program.

According to the Review Appeal (Franklin Newspaper), after catching "mono", he decided that it was all too much. It allowed him to "Put things in persepective."

 

I hope he is feeling well. Maybe someday he will return to the court.

To find out about the teaching positions that are open then you might find information at wcs.edu then choose high school, Franklin High, then open the website.

 

From what I know that if someone comes in for the coaching position and gets a job at the school they have a better opportunity then someone who will not work at the school

 

Also, call Franklin High and ask to talk to Willie Dickerson the principal or you can even talk to Pantall himself.

Coach Pantall is indeed a great coach and person. But one person can only do so much. Hopefully they'll find a capable replacement like the guys' team did after Waller stepped down last year.

Hey rebel fans: One really good option for a new coach is David Carter. He is currently the assistant at Brentwood and was a great head coach at FRA. I am not sure if he is going to back in the game of being a head coach. He lead FRA to state and no one knows why he is no longer FRA's head coach.
