I believe Bolivar is the front runner. I think that if Bolivar doesn't win it, one of the others out of the West will. South Side , Haywood, RE all have a shot.

Bolivar will win it all based on COACHING!!! Everyone knows what their stars players (W. Kemp, O. Kemp, and B. Lake) can and will give them on a game-by-game basis, but eventually every team needs great coaching to win it all (just ask all of the Giles Co. fans).

Sounds like Bolivar has the two KEY ingredients to win the state. A STAR PG and a GREAT COACH. Wish we had those this year, we may be contending for the title.

BOLIVAR HAS BEEN BEAT ALSO. I GUESS IT WAS A FIGMENT OF EVERYONE'S IMAGINATION. THE POINT IS, AT THIS STAGE OF THE GAME, THE COMPETITION IS AT IT'S GREATEST. IT WOULDN'T TAKE MUCH TO LOSE A BALL GAME IF THEY ARE CLOSE.

 

WHAT IF...WILLIE KEMP BEAKS A FINGER DURING PRACTICE, OR SOMEONE COMES DOWN WITH THE FLU OR GETS SHIN SPLINTS SO BAD THEY CAN'T PLAY.

 

EITHER WAY, THE GAME WILL BE HARD FOUGHT BETWEEN TWO EXCELLENT BASKETBALL PROGRAMS.
