Riverdale's Season

Last year Riverdale lost one of the best soccer players Brian Campbell, Riverdale has potential, but I think Kyle Hoffstatter can fill in the shoes. Chris Samuelson is an all around awesoome player, he's got it all, skill, speed, and he's smart on the field. I think they might show some teams up this year!

Columbia Central played Riverdale twice last season. Lost 4-1 during the season and then beat them 1-0 in Regional finals. They seemed to have a strong offense with alot of talent on the wings. Not to be critical but it seemed like their defense might have been their weakest link. How does it look this year. Its tough playing them especially on their home field because they play on a smaller field than most and they have alot of speed. They are in your end before you know it. Good luck this year. Brian Campbell was an awesome player.

i would have to say that Tyler Campbell is one of the best players on the team.. i think they have potential to go far. i think they will show some teams up.. in playing smyrna twice both have been pretty close and smyrna is 5th in the state

chelseak it is very sweet that you think that riverdale is a promising team this year and you are right in that aspect, however no-one can fill the shoes of brian campbell on this years riverdale team. He scored 90 percent of the teams goals and probably also took that same percentage in shots. Riverdale will have to spread out the goals as they do not have a dominant player to put in all the goals. Riverdale did not only loose brian, they lost most of their defense and are working in new young players that are starting to learn their position and do their job. Riverdale is a young team with only three seniors but you can never doubt them with a coach like ali arman. Luke Sadler is a beast!!!!!

RIVERDALE IS GOOD...NOT AS TOUGH AS THEY HAVE BEEN IN THE PAST.....THE TIED WITH LIVINGSTON ACADEMY IN THE TOURNAMENT IN SMRYNA THIS WEEKEND....LIVINGSTON ACADEMY IS AN A-AA TEAM

they tied livingston academy with hurt players and after playing 5 games before playing them in the same week. Don't underestimate Riverdale, they have there up and downs right now but they can upset alot of teams

They didn't lose to Mt. Juliet. They tied 2-2. Riverdale that is.

who is kyle hoffstatter, he only scores goals against bad teams and i believe that they were saying smyrna lost to mt. juliet 4-0 not riverdale.

Livingston played the same about of games they did, why make excuses, it was a good game.

read the paper man riverdale took 30 shots to like 3 on the teams and possessed the ball 90 percent of the time. It is not excuses it is fact
