Blackman Freshman finished their season 8 - 0 this weekend in Lebanon while winning the Freshmen District tournament.

 

They are a great group of athletes and have played as a team, and had fun, all season despite the troubles with Blackman's varsity. Coach Jason Lancaster is to be commended for leading the group and staying focused during difficult times.

Everyone acts like a player died or something...a coach got suspended, it's not that big of a deal. What adversity?? A jerk got suspended for a jerkish action and then everyone played baseball again. And besides, who cares about freshmen ball?? If they were that good they'd be on varsity.
