mikemcgee
Tullahoma won 7-1. Whitney Darlington had a three-run homer and Jessica Young followed with a solo shot. Amanda Duke threw a three-hitter for Tullahoma. Shayna Fleenor homered for Coffee County. Tullahoma plays Blackman at home Monday night. Coffee County goes to Riverdale. festor
Tullahoma has come a long way since Cardwell took over tullahoma. I think he has beaten them at least once every year, i may be wrong though. It seems as though over the past few weeks Amanda Duke has been unhittable. Mike what time is the game on monday. mikemcgee
Don't know the time yet but I'd bet on 7 p.m. I'll post it on here for you when I find out. Amanda wasn't quite as sharp as usual her first two tournament games but was back on form tonight. No walks.

We'll beat them Warriors this time. Edited May 14, 2004 by youwilneverno
sportalcholic
went over last night to support the lincoln co. girls accepting their awards. saw a good ballgame, tullahoma was red hot,but main reason here is to say both teams showed alot of class and good luck to both teams in regional.also congragulations to all the ladies who received awards last night and also to terry as coach of the year. with so many young players in this district i expect it to be even wilder than this year. just look back at the scores in the tournament and you can see any of 5 teams could have won the tournament. lawrenceburg made big improvement this year, franklin co. had bad luck this yr. but have some good young players. its been another fun year, take a break and get ready for summer ball. to all the seniors good luck with your future.
