MBA won 10-4 over SBEC.

1-0 Halls after one, McGavock had an error and a defensive mistake that wasn't technically an error (guy hesitated before deciding to throw to first, not in time). The not technically an error play brought a run home.

Halls pitcher had two throwing errors in the top of the second fielding a bunt and a grounder, turned into a run before leaving the bases loaded. Dustin Black deserves many, many kudos for the diving catch he made on a foul bunt to get the second out.

CBHS and McCallie are playing now, McCallie is the home team (top 1, nothing doing).

Thanks, Opperman, for the constant string of updates. One small correction: The

AAA final will be Halls-Farragut, tomorrow night at AutoZone park, 8pm, I think.

 

What was the final of McCallie-CBHS? Does that force another game today?
