How much passing will Franklin add to their offense this week? Mikrut threw that two point conversion better than most pros can... Both O lines capable of opening big holes. I think it comes down to turnovewrs and who dares who to pass and whether they are successful doing it

I'd put Franklin Football's ACT scores up to any team outside Williamson Co., Ensworth, MBA, BA, BGA, and Brentwood might have us beat Centennial would be close, but I think we hold our own everywhere else in the mid -state!! Last years seniors had many over 27 and 4 or 5 over 30

Looking at the schedule I think Columbia has the best team we will face during the regular season. Player for Player they are bigger and many are talented. I don't know that the coaching is as tough as we will face ( certainly Brentwood better ) and other teams have better key players. But player for player particularly in the line these guys should be tough. Tougher even than Dickson County I think.

I'm just glad this ANCIENT rivalry gets renewed for good, or at least should, with Columbia making the move up to 5A and Ravenwood and Indy being in 4A. I forsee CCHS being in a region with FHS, BHS, CHS, etc.

I hope they go in with the Franklin area teams. They could go back in with Lincoln Co. and those teams. That's where they used to be.

So any more thoughts on this game? I guess not, I hope the Franklin D can stop the offense of Columbia, but I'm sure they're up to the challenge. Hope Franklin's offense has a spark this week and gets some fire in the lineman and some imaginitive plays outta Danny Nowell.
