Tiffany Palmer is the hardest working runner in this region. Sure Pickel may be more talented but I think that in the end Palmer is going to win it this year. I think she wants it more than Jackie. I think Pickel may up and beat her but I don't think Tiff is gonna let her do it again. When is the meet anyway?

October 28th is Region but I am sure you know that! Tiffany has been very impressive lately. Hard work pays off, and its nice to see it for such a nice person!
