It is played at Gordonsville...not Watertown

Doesn't really matter where it is being played. Both of these teams will be well prepared and it is a must win game for both teams. Watertown takes this game by at less than 10 points simply because they have more offensive weapons. Although the game could come down to who ever has the ball last.

Sorry but i disagree, i think Gordonsville has a huge advantage anytime your playing at thier place. It's hard to play up there. Especially with thier crazed fans. Last game i saw up there was Gordonsville vs. Greenback and just some of the things i heard outta the stands were "come on boys rip his head off" and "come on ref if your gonna let them hold us like that they at least gotta take us to a movie first" those old alumni hate to see thier boys lose and love to make it as hard as they can on the opponents. This game is huge for both teams. Gordonsville has alot of tradition riding on it too. Playing for the teams of the past's pride as well as thier own. I mean when was the last time a G-ville team didn't make the playoffs. Well if they lose this game they have a REAL possibility of not making them. And trust me thier next game celina will be no pushover either.

Regardless of all that i take Watertown by 13!

    • yeah, I have no idea then. How does one win Player of the Year and not Mr. Baseball? Are they both essentially the same thing and measured differently?
    • Which luminary shall reprise the mantle to helm Trousdale County's football endeavors? Shall it be the venerable Waggoner, Barker, or the illustrious Creasy? Might Clint grace us anew in the capacity of coach? Pray, to which sheriff doth your discourse pertain? Should it be the distinguished Ray Russell, his acumen is indeed noteworthy.

    • I believe that was last year. I was interested in the Jones vs Baker comment, so I went back and looked at GC. I am not a fan of either nor am I a baseball guru. This looks like to me the duel was not close and if the errors would not have been made Eagleville would have won. I assume you are a little biased. I do think your mph for Jeffcoat and Baker must be from last year.  Baker-85 pitches 67 strikes. 5.2 innings, 5H, 1BB, 0ER and 7K's. 3 errors  Jones- 78 pitches 37 strikes. 4 innings, 2H, 5BB, 0ER and 1K. 1 error   Adams and the UH kid are really good as well. What about South Pitt and Oakdale? I heard they have some good ones.
