Who will win region 1 at 160 and 171? Also add to the list of 215 should be Garmer , Kennedy. I dont know if that Potter kid from Elizabethton will make any noise or not at 215.

Elizabethon has a alright 160 and i havent seen very many others. Who do you think will region in any weight class now that were deeper in season this shouldnt be too hard

my prediction for top 4 at 215: henley, smith, kennedy, garmer.. the elizabethton guy will not be far behind tho, predicting a close match in the semis between him and one of the others but he will be beat... he didn't wrestle against my team at the dual meet so i dunno wat his deal is...

 

the 160 and 171 weight classes are wide open i believe this year... haven't seen any truly dominant guys in either of those 2 classes but Jeff. Co.'s 160 seemed pretty decent at the Devil Challenge where he was overweight and bumped up to wrestle and win at 171

 

relentless, are u a wrestler at another skool?? and if so, which one?

 

now to the practice thing, i believe u are able to practice in another room, for instance, we had a guy from red bank high skool come and practice with us while he was visiting family during the thanksgiving... seth, sorry to hear that about your senior year

Well hears a even better idea would a team in the region be willing to hold a open room and we will all work out. No reason we all cant learn and get better from each other.Everyone ask your coach and post it.

that happens anyways... after the region tourney b4 the state tourney.. i remember last year our team did that and Crockett, Hill, and west greene worked out in our room and that was fun and then the next day g'viile, hill, and sullivan east all worked out in the Science Hill wrestling room... so eventually it will happen
