Congrats to Kenny! UCO has a great program and are very successful. Has anyone told him that there are no trees and plenty of tornados? I'm sure Kenny will become a bronco/tornado on the mat for the Bronc's!

I'm a little surprised. I would have thought, from talking to his guardian/coach, that he would have gone somewhere to play football. Either way, great kid, great athlete. Best of luck Kenny!

Nate and I were talking last week about how much of a monster Kenny would be at 176. I hope Nate can come drill with him this year.

A question,

Hows is Trent doing at Blackmon. Will he go 3 again.

I really wish we could get him to 3!! Because of the weight ceritifications we have to keep him at 12 this year. Kenny would be a monster at 174 though. And i wouldn't rule it out as a possibility. I just found out that he and levi have been regularly hitting the KFC buffets lately and after practice Kenny is still in the 183-185 range. Not to mention he has finally turned the switch on! He's already dislocated one of my fingers, busted my mouth 3 of 4 days this week, and he beat me in the 6 minute takedown circle on thursday! Oh, but please believe that today is a new day !!!! Anyway, get Nate back out here!! He brings a lot to the practice room! We'd love for him to come back out. Hey! Why don't you come out to the practices too?

I would like to get some information on Lee Ourk at Blackman. How is he doing and will he be competing on the varsity squad this season. Was a pretty decent wrestler last year as a freshman at Antioch.

Lee is coming along quite well. We look for him to make a big contribution to the program. Of course we are going to have to whip him into shape a little, but he looked really impressive going 3-0 with 3 pins at Tullahoma 2 weeks ago! He should do really ell.
