Weight Mgmt Recording

Has anyone else had problems recording information into the weight mgmt program?

Is anyone else noticing that your wrestlers are being "tagged" in violation of the 1.5% rule?

Everyone of my wrestlers have been tagged for violation of the 1.5% rule. In reality, none of them are in violation. I have notified RC about this problem, but haven't heard anything back. Surprised? Nope!

Just wondering if anyone else has noticed any problems?

Same here. I e-mailed them about this and have never gotten a reply. Also, my first match was recorded twice.

I too am having problems. You must fill in every field and it seems to round decimals so it might make your guy in violation. Not to mention the internet is so slow at school it makes it hard to have the patience to put in all the guys. Then it randomly will give a database error. This is horrible for everyone!

Also it was mentioned last year that we would be able to see all the other teams scores and entries, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. I remember Ronnie saying that when we put them up we wouldn't have to report it to the paper because they could get it from there.

Not a happy coach

I think the biggest flaw in the system is that there is no flexibility for coaches or wrestlers. This is being shoved down our throats so tssaa can appear to be on the cutting edge of wrestling. However, the truth is that little training or education has been provided and feedback is almost impossible to get. A handfull of meetings and some general information posted on a website is not the proper way to implement something like this, particularly when the program our state adapted allows very little lattitude for athletes or coaches. This is a step backward for wrestling.
