Does anyone know who won the spirit team of the year award or any of the other awards from Sat?

LFO Tribe won the Spirit Group of the Year.

 

Josef Rutley from Tyner was named SOS Player of the Year.

 

Charlie Wiggins of Notre Dame was named Coach of the Year.

 

Ayanga Okapakawaruk of McCallie, Stumpy Sarratore Hog of the Year.

 

Boyd-Buchanan won the Team of the Year award.

 

The way I understood it was -- Matt Peardon of Boyd-Buc and Garry Orr of Soddy-Daisy were both named the Tennessee Players of the Year award.

 

There were others -- but I don't remember.

Also, Cheerleading squad of the year was, Ooltewah.

 

Omari Evans of Ooltewah was the fan of the year.

 

Antonio Lansden of Ooltewah was Special Teamer of the year.

 

And Ooltewah was friendliest school of the year.

On the list of awards that the public offers players, STUMPS awards ceremony has to be the biggest joke. The winners are quality players but the side show of Stump and his merry band of brothers is a liken to the basement circus of Saturday Night Live "Wayne's World".
