Outline,Standard, and Linear Views

When opening a thread to view the posts, the first post will be in the standard form and following that all the posts are in an outline form. I can manually click on the standard icon and the first page will be OK. If there is more than one page to the thread, it will not allow you to view it. When clicking on another thread it will automatically go back to the outline form. I have tried everying to change this, but it is still not fixed. There must be some way to change the default back to standard form. Someone please tell me what I need to do to correct this problem. Thank you.

Thanks for the help!!!!! At first it didn't change the settings. I had logged out and logged back in, but CoachT was still open. Then I CLOSED CoachT, also deleted my cookies settings in internet options, then reopened CoachT. Presto.... everything back to where it used to be. Thanks again.
