Oakdale: Justin Clark, Chris Young

Sunbright: Jordan Young, Willie Dutton

Nice list Kingbrian, but I think you have to add Sam Cummings from Harriman and Dan Chandler from Rockwood.

I tihnk Rockwood might put a few younger, surprise, players on the team at the end of the season.

 

Preseason player of the year, I'm gonna go with Eble. Coach of the year, I'm biased I know, but I'm still gonna go with good ol' David Lane from Rockwood.

You never know what will happen. Tigers beat Polk County in the Rhea co tournament on Sat. and got beat by Redbank. Dan Chandler put one out in the first game against Polk Co. Freshmen played most of the second game with Redbank. Its good experience. The Rockwood pre season tournament is this next weekend,(its supposed to snow never can tell) tigers play cumberland co and oliver springs.

From the Rockwood team I'd have to pick Goddard, Willis, Cook and Chandler. An honorable mention to Payne and Whitaker.

Morgan, Peddicord, Gilmore and from what I've seen in scrimages Bryan Allen and one or two other freshmen will have a chance to play in spots.

C. Willis transfered in and will try and earn a spot playing just as his cousin turned a few heads when he won a spot on the team.

Sounds like maybe we should just put the whole rockwood team to the all district team, tell every other team to forfeit all of their games, send rockwood to the state championship game, and pack it up for next year.

I think what maC meant was there is alot of talent on Rockwood's team, not that every player should be from Rockwood. There's alot from all over the district worthy of the honor. And the honor is from the entire district.

well it wasnt but 2 years ago when harriman had all their players on the district team. 7 made it and 2 honorable mention. but then look who made it to the state. ROCKWOOD.
