I'd have to go with Reese Cofer and Jacob Fabry of Red Bank. Both four year starters, both with all the tools. They can do it all, and should lead the Lions to an incredible season.

I agree. Cofer and Fabry are great players, plus they're good sports. They set a good example for the younger guys on the field.

fella32 and curtisj.... both of you make good points... both are good kids, hit the ball well, though fabry is a little faster than cofer, both are speedy and athletic...

Fabry and Cofer are the class of Chattanooga offensively. Fabry is considered one of the state's speediest prospects and Cofer might be Chattanooga's best contact hitter. Don't leave out UT signee Ryne Simpson (Baylor) in talks of all-around player. Throws impressive stuff that is much faster than you'd expect from a kid his size. Though stuck on a bad team, Chattanooga Christian's Nathan Long is a power center fielder who bats near .400 and flirts with the low 90's on the mound.

Red Bank figures to be an offensive powerhouse this year. With Fabrey and Miller setting the table for Cofer and their other returning hitters, I don't think anyone will come close. They only lost one starter to graduation, and they were real close to going all the way last year.
