First off I would like to congratulate Mt. Juliet on their win and moving on to the final 4. You guys got great team. Now, for the Lady Raiders of Cleveland, we are very very proud of you. You guys gave it all you had, and you never gave up. You went into the game with the odds stacked up against you and you put up a good fight against the state's best. You guys had your hands full with the MJ post players, yall kept battling back, even being down 19 to 10, when it looked like we was gonna blown away, you guys came back and took the lead, at 25-23! Holly, Allison, Crista, and Lauren we are very proud of the 4 years that yall gave us in Lady Raider uniforms, becoming the winninest group of girls in Cleveland High School History, we will never forgot when you guys gave us our first district championship & region championship, and our first state berth since 1972, and the best Cleveland High School girls basketball team in some while. Racheal Moore, thanks for building this program up, and you still got alot of talent coming up and we look for more great things to come out of this basketball program. You girls have nothing to put your head down for, we proved everyone who said we was gonna get blown away wrong, We will miss our seniors dearly, we love you Lady Raiders, you girls had a great season.

Yeah, we do love our Lady Raiders! We have had a great season, its an honor to get to the TSSAA State Tournament. You girls did accomplish your goal, which was to make it to the State Tournament, we would have loved to go further, but we didn't go out without a fight, we gave Mt. Juliet all they could handle. Good Luck to our 4 seniors, who will be missed, as they start their college careers. And Good Luck to all the returing Lady Raiders, because we gonna be back next year! Go Lady Raiders, we love you!

Its a shame we had to play Mj first round because we were much better against them than Powell was. Lady Raiders had a great year and will probably dominate again next year. The only team standing in the way will be Cumberland unless Bradley gets somebody else to help them. And Logsden and Dawn created all that is at Cleveland even the young ones but Coach Moore has developed the team into a team and that wasn't easy.

Have fun replacing the four senior starters on the Lady Raiders team. Allison is truly the most fun to watch, she is lightening fast and is definitely a shooter.

Its a shame we had to play Mj first round because we were much better against them than Powell was. Lady Raiders had a great year and will probably dominate again next year.
but also quick to put down another cross town team. I saw several WV fans supporting Cleveland during the game, as well as a couple of CHS fans during the Walker Valley game on Thursday, so why can't we be supportive of each other on here as well?

 

Congrats to the Lady Raiders and Lady Mustangs on two great seasons.

Great Season Lady Raiders, you beat Bradley 4 times, you beat Walker Valley 2 times, district runner-up, region championship, state tournament berth, played some of the best in the nation, played one of the toughest schedules in the state. We are proud of you, and we really really do love you. We are gonna miss our seniors!!

some of the Cleveland fans probably didn't leave Cleveland, until a couple hours before the game started, but I watched WV play

      This whole situation is bonkers. You don’t just kick your star player off the team just because you heard them say the F word; the coach definitely had something against the player, or somebody definitely did. Also, nobody has brought up the idea that the school blackmailed the college to get the college to withdraw the scholarship offer, not to mention that the coach who kicked her off is no longer even with the program; they were fired. I think this is a pretty easy lawsuit. I don’t know if she should deserve that much money, but I think she should get enough money for a full-ride scholarship if she cannot get one after this situation.

      Oh yeah, I’m sure you are different people just always on the same thread for some reason, always agreeing with each other, perhaps just a bunch of dorks who would like to ###### and moan about high school football coaches do a lot of other students, so you make a football team and get a yell at them. When they do something wrong, but I’m sure you don’t like that, do you?   and I’m sure I’m aware of where you get information. A teacher who was on the coaching staff but was fired after the new coaching and staff came in and realized he actually had to start taking his assistant job a little bit more seriously than just wanting to make a little extra cash on the side, hardly even showing up to most practices, should’ve left with his buddy to go to Farragut. I’m sure he could get him a defensive coaching job, but I doubt he will be there in three years. Looking at the way Farragut is currently going.

      It may be hard to believe but there’s more people than me that think you guys are a bunch of losers.    I’m sure the coaching staff, yourself included, cursed at a bunch of high school students. Nobody could name more than 3 coaches on staff due to the constant turnover.

      That's complete BS.  Nobody at ACHS has access to CHS student records unless a transfer is made from CHS to ACHS.

      Trez's last scandal has died down, so I guess this is there opportunity to be the best 4A team playing in 2A a la Sissy MTN.  At least they won't be in a Z-district with 1a teams in the regular season.
