btowntigers
Well where should i start at...good job Middleton on knocking off the over confident Temple team. Im glad we wont have to listen to their fans go on and on about how no single A school can beat them. and i have something to say about the best team in the state thread too since it got closed....the people who argued with me saying Temple could play with and likely beat Bolivar and all the other big time schools.....yall are crazy! thanks for proving my point Middleton. This was a great game that went back and forth between 2 points almost the whole game. Temple had to foul late and put Middleton on the line to get the ball back to shoot 3's and Middleton knocked them down which stretched the lead. All the credit goes to Middleton though, good win. It sounded like Hunt really went after the ball the whole game. How many steals did he have? Crock1615
it appeared as if the quickness of middleton was too much for temple, thus all of the steals. however, it was a great game. middleton played as a team with no one player being the superstar, temple only had one go to guy and he couldnt get it done in the end. great game and great season temple. When Temple stayed with Middleton the whole game. That doesn't make much sense. But anyway Middleton played well and deserved the win. It was just that one girl from Lake Co(which Middelton beat and she can't get over it) that was saying it was going to be a blowout. And maybe a few other random people. But no one from Temple said it would. We all said it would be close.

The 3 in a row for layups early on(I think I heard that right) were hard to recover from. This is hard to figure out from listening to the audio, but to me it sounded like Mouw blew two layups. Were these wide open or tough shots?
