POSITION: 2022-2023 Head Girls Basketball Coach

JOB LOCATION: Lawrence County High School

REQUIRED CREDENTIALS:

Basketball coaching experience required

Three to five years of basketball coaching experience preferred

Hold current TN teaching license

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Responsible for planning and directing the conditioning, practices, and games of student athletes

Monitor academic performance and discipline/conduct of the players while also building character of the student athletes

Instill the importance of teamwork and good sportsmanship in student athletes

Conduct all of the duties of the position in adherence with the policies, rules, and regulations of the TSSAA and local Board of Education

Direct assistant coaches

Prepare a fiscally responsible budget for basketball program

Work with trainers on the health, safety and rehab of student athletes
