The "play pressure defense" line is just completely ridiculous. Team spreads the floor and you play deny defense, you will get blown by (because defense is always going backwards which is a disadvantage) with no help. You only pressure the ball and play help, you give up an open shot on the drive. And be 1000% for real here, what team/players can sit out there and play defense for minutes on end adequately. NONE. How about, play the game on both ends. You know what makes that happen? A shot clock.
