There is no use in me arguing with an idiot. Alcoa returned 9 starters on D from the team that beat WV by 19 points the year before. They had a UT Commit and a Now UGA commit in the secondary and both played WR too. (You want to talk about WV having more talent really?)
Alcoa could have lined up last year and ran the ball down WV throat like they did the year before and not had to even worry about throwing the ball with 4 starting O linemen that returned from the year before than helped pave the way for 345 yards on the ground. Thats what you don’t seem to get. I’m sure WV was better last year than 2 years ago but so was Alcoa with how many starters were back from that team that beat WV by 19. Alcoa would have pressured Simpson the same way they did 2 years ago, the only team that could get pressure with 3 linemen and could drop more people in coverage.
