Think anyone from our conference has much of a chance in the playoffs this year? Its been along time since any team from our conference has done anything after the regular season. Best of my memory Cloudland won one in like 2012  and Hampton won one in 2009. Dates might not be right but its pretty close I think.

       Hampton's has basically been 2ond round games and they've competed pretty well,and actually shuld have won 2 of um. As far as this year goes,  I think Hampton will be able to compete with anyone in their quad.

 

          As far as Cloudland goes, thats anyone's guess. It really don't look that great at the present time.

Yeah the bye weeks kinda suck, you get to wait a week then get beat. I liked it when we used to scare teams that come up to east tn. In the early 2000s when we made our run and then 2005 ish when you guys did. Since then its been one and done.

Yep...One and done...But against some of the best 2A teams in the state...Rockwood, then the privates Boyd, & Silverdale...Kinda hard to match up with those type teams year in and year out round here

      Don't like the bye in the playoffs,it throws you outta sink and by the 2ond week you don't get chumps. Those other teams always plays back. Another thing is ,you  face better teams in this system. Its not like the days where the 1's plays the 4's in the 1st round.

That 1 vs 4 still brings back bad memories of cak.

I think if we get a home game without a bye we might have a shot.

Looking at the standings , Hamptons second round game after the bye would be a tough game again. Maybe a rematch with Onieda

We kinda expected it may come down to that match up again

Kinda tough to figure who get the bye, would think it will be Grace Hampton and Onieda all winning their respected conferences so not sure which 2 would get the byes

A bye is much welcomed if you're needing recovery time...Other than that, it stinks IMO...So, if it comes down to record, points, or coin toss, hope we lose and play ball!
