According to the bracket attached to the link above. The District 16 - AAA bracket looks as follows:

 

Round 1 (Tue., 02/14/17)

 

Upper Bracket:

 

1) East vs Bye

5) White Station at 4) Melrose

 

Lower Bracket:

 

7) Overton at 2) Whitehaven

6) Hamilton at 3) Central

 

My selections for Round 1 are as follows: East, Melrose, Whitehaven, & Central

 

Round 2 (Wed., 02/15/17)

 

Upper Bracket:

 

Melrose at East

 

Lower Bracket:

 

Central at Whitehaven

 

My selections for Round 2 are as follows: East & Whitehaven

 

 

Championship Game and Consolation Game

 

Melrose at Central - Consolation Game (Mon., 02/20/17)

 

Whitehaven at East - Championship Game (Tue., 02/21/17)

 

 

Winner Consolation Game - Central

 

Champion of District 16 - East

That's what I think happens. That would mean that 1) East, 2) Whitehaven, 3) Central, and 4) Melrose will represent District 16 in the West Regionals of the State Tournament, seeded as such..

give me an idea about Whitehaven.  We are small, and have good guards.    We should be quicker and bigger to really complete.  the kids play hard.
