Not only did he not turn to see if the kid was OK, he probably didn't care because he's a mean ole "CHRISTIAN" school coach where they leave their morals in the locker room. I was there. the horn was completely classless and anybody with half of a brain or some sort of sportsmanship could realize that without someone like me to point it out. Yea blow the horn all you want while your teams snappin' the ball , during timeouts, during breaks or any other time NORMAL people would let go of something (besides the noise of the crowd) that almost totally destroys the spirit of the game.
