This game could go both ways. If TN High does not stop Curt, then they have no chance of winning this game. The Vikings have an experienced front 4 on D, decent linebackers, corners are small (but Corey Young can make plays) and Turnbull at safety who you'll rarely see get beat deep. But if you cannot stop Phillips then who cares what kind of D you bring to the table. THe Vikings offense needs to control the ball and throw thru the air some, if this doesn't take place then this game is in South's hands. Ill go ahead and make a prediction, as much as I dont want to say it, South will win by more than 2 touchdowns. 28-14.

Hess thinks he can do it all, sorry bud this is a team sport. I dont know where you get your big head from. And for others, who are you to talk about the Mo West, THS game? Unless you were playing, you have no room for talking. We lost our Qb in the 1st quarter and and when your offense revolves around that QB and you have no efficient back up, then your doomed from the start. The Viking D let a couple big plays go but when you take all that out, then the game is close. Mo West deserved the win and good luck to them the rest of the season. Sorry to get on Football, but some people have no general idea. As for Basketball, TN High will do alright. They have Corey Young and Marcus Canty who will be sharing the point, Matt Fleenor and Jeff Baker playing at the wing along with a couple others. Down low, Turnbull and McClellan will see a lot of playing time. All these football players will make THS a very physical team but they will need some shooters to step up, and play dominant down in the post. DB and SH will be on top of the conference, its too early to make any more kind of predictions.

Your the fool, obviously you either a player of the 2005 Vikings or a big fan and if your not, then who knows what your display name is all about. How can you compare the 2 teams when there are about 11 returning starters, isnt possible. Vikings lost there QB early, and really had no intention of ever needing a back up, but they did. The offense couldn't execute from there on out, half the plays that were put in, were then taken out. And they plays that remained were either called wrong in the huddle, or just not executed correctly. I give credit to Mo West, they brought the wood on every play and jus did not let up. The Vikings were getting beat up, while the Trojans were still fresh. No excuses in this game, the team who wanted it more, came out on top.

Im going to have to say the game wont be as close as some people are predicting, if and only if, South plays up to their potential. East can do the same, but still wont be able to play 4 quarters with the Rebels. Curt makes the offense happen, no matter the defensive scheme the opponent has. If the Canes want to win this game it will be on offense, but offense doesnt win games, DEFENSE does(in most cases). Good Luck to both teams but im going with South by a pair of TOuchdowns.

THe game is @ Carson Newman, good luck to both teams, may they play injury free. Vikings are just as fast and physical as Mo West, but may lack size but thats where, who wants it more, will be the deciding factor. Vikings by 7

Im 90% sure the game will be played @ Carson Newman, word is Mo West has booked the field for 3 more weeks. That sounds like someone feels a little too confident.

This game will go close for 48 minutes. Tenn. High will lead @ halftime with Mo west having to do some catch up, but doesnt have enough to come out on top. For this to happen, the viking front 4 will have to put pressure on the QB and the secondary has to contain and not get beat deep. O line has to create holes for the RB's, if this happens, the Trojans will have a tough time containing #44, #20, #27 and #10 of the VIkings, and coming out with a victory. Prediction THS-28, West-21

South over East,...of course Tenn High over M West...if limit penalties and the O line steps up Maryville over Rhea Co....given Red Bank over West...close game

South beat Boone, no problem. Blazers could of played there best game and the score would still remain the same, with South jus playing better. As for this game, Rebels will come out on top again. The Canes' dont have what it takes to compete with the top 2 teams from the MLC, I dont care how much "speed" they have. TN High is confident they will win this game, and they will. As for Volunteer, they can get "fired up" as much as it is possible and it still wont help them. The defense for the Vikings is not allowing any penetration and the offense has some good runningbacks. Cory Fleenor(#20), Cory Strickland(#44) and John Howard(#27) will show the falcon defense, why the Vikings running game is so unstoppable. Coach Brad Stubbs is a great coach, he left Volunteer to be with a better program. Good Luck to both teams but TN High wins this one.

OK, Boone will not win this game, on top of that, it wont even be played close. Im not a South fan, I actually play for THS, if thats enough said. The rebels have the best QB in the area, and when you have someone like that, the offense just falls into place. Containing him will not be easy, it hasnt happened yet and it wont this game. South 35, DB 7

#25 for JC is quick and tough, contain him and Mo East might come on top. JC also has a descent QB and a couple good recievers. Dont know too much about East but i know they have some speed, Defense will be the key for who wins this game. THe score will be close , but im going to have to go with JC on this one. Prediction- JC 21, East 17

TN High will beat Volunteer By atleast 4 touchdowns 42-7 South will beat Daniel Boone with no problem 35-7 Johnson County will beat Mo East, but it wont be a gimme 21-17 Unicoi doesnt stand a chance with Mo West but i give them props for making the playoffs 0-...
