Any word on the score of the Lipscomb vs. South Side game?

Lexington had to play Lipscomb last year on our graduation day. We tried to get the game changed to earlier in the day or to Saturday, but they would not budge. Our boys did make it back to graduation but they came in during the middle of it.

Russ Henderson of Lexington now has 11 homeruns and 46 RBI'S.

Can someone please post a schedule of the Tournament in Huntingdon that takes place week of April 1-4.

I have not seen any yet that I would consider to the the best in West Tennessee. We have not played any great freshman and I have not seen any great freshman on Lexington's team either. I have seen pretty good but not GREAT!

Talked to his mom earlier in the week. He had to have screws put in his ankle and screws and plates put in at his tibia.

Lexington is starting 2 juniors, 4 sophomores, 3 freshman. Their only senior on the team, Josh Fry, broke his ankle at practice on Saturday and had to have surgery yesterday. We lost to Northside last night 4-3. Beat Humboldt tonight 7-0.

Lexington won this one 4-1. Russ Henderson had the win with 13 strikeouts.

Dyer County and Riverdale have assistant coach positions posted on TSSAA website. Can't see Coach Odle being an assistant.

I wish the best of luck to Coach Lindsey in his new role at Lexington. I think he will make a good assistant principal. He is a guy who likes rules and structure. I am glad that my son had the opportunity to play for him for 4 years. Good Luck Coach!

The Henderson County Newspaper today reported that Coach Bryant Hollingsworth, Assistant Coacht at Lexington has applied for the job.

Congratulations to the Lexington Tigers on a great season!! Good luck to the seniors, some that will play at the college level and some who will just go to college. We have enjoyed watching you play!! Thanks for the memories!!

Billy doesnt even run the bases 99% of the time, he has a courtesy runner.

Well, I guess one of Sycamore's highlights was when a fan from Lexington told Tyler Guye good job when he struck out. Guye told this high school fan "your mine after the game". After the shaking of hands between teams, Guye and several other players came out of the dugout towards this Lexington teen, and several parents had to pull them back towards the dugout. I had heard that he had an attitude and was cocky. Players have to try to block out the noise from the stands. I know it is hard, but you can't let it get to you or it will take you out of the game.

Lexington was very well represented. The only starters not on all district or all tournament were 2nd baseman- Jordan Dunaway and DH Clint Allen.

Yes, I agree, we do have a short field. But why doesn't everyone that plays us have a high number homerun count. And, all of our homeruns have not been hit at our field.

Lexington has not been hitting the ball well lately. Bolivar had 12 hits tonight, 9 singles, 1 double, 1 hr and 1 grand slam. Lexington had 5 hits. 1 single, 3 doubles, and 1homerun.

DH was batting for the second baseman. DH batted first time, 2nd baseman was courtesy runner for him. 2nd at bat was taken by the 2nd baseman. 2nd baseman was in the field entire game. The 3rd at bat(one in question) was taken by the DH.

They were talking about Bolivar coming to the field like that, not Lexington.
