  1. Gettin closer and closer to 300 boys!! I thought Siegel Blackman wasn't a very exciting game due the stoppage of the game with fouls and turnovers and such.Cutter did alright and gooch did well. We just have to work on our rebounding. That's been our problem the entire season. Carter is like a freakin machine at those 3's though. Geez
  2. Haha then I accomplished my goal. I had to make you realize you were wrong about something.
  3. yes... volleyball team is losing key seniors and losing a key junior, shelby smith. ( atleast rumored to be quitting). But I think that game will still be a close match. Boy's soccer possibly but good game Girl's soccer no way at all
  4. And do you think they'll dominate in those also?
  5. That's not all sports. You said all sports there buddy.
  6. That's basically what happened because the entire first half, guys kept sliding around on the floor losing there footing. I heard a bunch of the guys in timeouts complaining about it. I really don't think its a superstitious thing
  7. It's hard not to have respect for a great guy like Chaisson. The way he plays basketball is the way you want someone to play and the way you want to watch it be played. I just try to get honest assessment's so as to try to keep Siegel with some kind of honesty instead of the crap that most posters say and how biased they are. Obviously I'm going to be biased to a point but not overly ridiculous in my statements.
  8. Definetly agree. Chaisson might not be the most flashiest person on the court or the one with the best dribbles or hops but the kid gets it done. He is a true leader on the court whether he's hurt, sick, or w/e. He's been the heart of Oakland for the past three years and needs to be rewarded for it. Yes, his 3 pt shot is pretty sweet and keeps his head in the game at all times. D2D, stop hatin on Chaisson just because no one from Siegel is getting mentioned. Oh, and don't think im biased either cuz i'm from siegel and a huge fan.
  9. Yea, I saw that over a weekend in the first of January and I have to admit, it's pretty sweet. Very intimidating when you walk in. I thought it was funny though to see that Anne Marie's hand was just as big as Kevin's. Atleast it seemed that way on the poster.
  10. I think one of Smith's best dunks i've seen so far would have to be the Oakland-Riverdale game at Oakland when he just took off at the free throw line and slammed it home with one. That was pretty incredible. I know some of ya'll will know what I'm talking about.
  11. How are you going to say that? It wasn't an offensive game but merely a great defensive game by both teams. Just because the offense isn't going great doesn't mean its a terrible game. I thought Siegel played with a lot of heart tonight and showed sparks of good things to come. The way they walked off the court shows obviously they weren't happy they lost but hopefully this will give them momentum to carry over into friday's game with White County and hopefully pull out a win. GO STARS!
  12. Siegel has one. Oakland also has one and I think according to the paper they have a frosh (i think) who is training for the 08' Olympics. If so, she's phenomonal. It's great to see someone local training for the Olympics. All the best of luck to her.
  13. Yes, Braxton played terrific last night. Probably the best game he's played all year. Almost made two stupid fouls at the end put kept his head on and avoided them like he should. I thought Joe Ward did a fantastic job last night in stepping up and hitting some big three's and jumpers when needed. That kid's going to be a baller. As for 2p asking how cutter's going to handle someone else getting kudos is just being stupid. I heard on many occasions cutter praising terry, ward, gooch, tj, etc. when they did good and trying to help them out when they needed to get back in line. I don't think cutter really cares who gets praise as long as they win. Great win last night in overtime. I'm proud of the way they played. Hope we can keep this momentum going into tuesday's game versus Oakland.
  14. I think he was just asking how Cutter did. Not getting mad.
  15. I've seen the gym and it looks quite nice I have to admit!!! I am wondering why ya'll spent money on that instead of buying ac first ha
  16. Who thinks we can get this to 250 without it getting shut down?
  17. Were the additions there when we played ya'll? Or did I just not pay attention? More than likely it was the latter.
  18. That's an excuse. It doesn't help when people just stand at the top and cheer. Even when the students down low yell at them to cheer they look at us like we are stupid. It's just not the same anymore.
  19. hmmm.... wondering why brittney winn from siegel didn't make atleast one of the teams
  20. according to one of the players stones river didn't play well at all there first game in which they lost to a team they felt they should have beat. Apparently they didn't play team ball. It stinks since they feel that they could have advanced further and are disappointed in themselves. But they then went on to tie last year's national champions. Congrat's to everyone else.
  21. What, so everyone they have played hasn't wanted to shut him down? Yea I don't think so. Nice try though
  22. Oh please tell, please tell....lol I'm taking the warriors by 12 in this one. I think it will be close but at the end riverdale will pull away with there experience they will have over blackman's freshman. Goodluck If only I can have that same optimism about my team
  23. You know muffin I think KublahKD is correct. It seems he knows what he's talking about. Well, I know for a fact that the flexibility aspect is dead on considering a guy I know became faster after the doctor had him increase his flexibility everyday. Kublah is correct when he says that flexibility increases stride length which in turns makes you faster. It seems as if you just want to make an argument about something you know nothing about.
  24. That's why he dropped 36 right? That's also why he didn't play very well against cookeville. Everything goes out the window in a rivalry game. Cutter will play well against Oakland because it's Oakland. You just show your ignorance when you say he is easy to shut down. I bet you could shut him down though couldn't you?
