I think its great that they gave you a chance at the high school level, and you have proved that you can get the job done. The Crowd was great last night. It helps the girls play when they have a lot of people there supporting them. So if you can try to make it to Cleveland State on Monday night at 6:30cst, and support the Lady Indians as they play Tellico Plains. Grundy Co. will play McMinn Central in the first semi-final game at 5:00cst on Monday night.

The home court is a reward for making it to the district championship game. Some regions have to travel an hour and 15 minutes or so to get to the region site. It was great to see the gym full of Sequatchie fans last night. They almost filled both home and visitor side, and Sequatchie's gym is pretty big. It gives the home town folks one more chance to see their teams play.

Tell us about the Tellico Plains Vs. Howard game. Who scored how many and was it close until late or...?

Good Point DelTavian! God Is Everywhere If the Lady Indians make it to the Championship game I will be there supporting them. Some people have a bigger ministry at an athletic event or in sports than they do inside the church building. If everyone would take there ministry outside the church more people would see what they do and why they do it. I am to be an encourager and in today's athletic events. In sports today their is a lot of tearing down of these young vulnerable players, but no many people are building them up. May i remind you, we are suppose to be building up each other rather than tearing down! McMinn Central Maniac, Have your youth group meet you at Cleveland State on Wednesday night before the game and have your meeting there. We used to go to our High school two or three times a year to pray for our school. I know its not actually your school but it will be different of your kids and they could support their team too.

Well the Region Tournament is beginning to shape up... Representing District 5AA Playing for the #1 and #2 seed McMinn Cental Vs. Tellico Plains Playing for the #3 and #4 seed Sweetwater Vs. Polk Co. Representing District 6AA Playing for the #1 and #2 seed Sequatchie Co. Vs. Grundy Co. Playing for the #3 and #4 seed Chattanooga Christian Vs. Howard 5AA-6AA 1st Vs. 4th 2nd Vs. 3rd 3rd Vs. 2nd 4th Vs. 1st The #1 and #2 seeds coming out of their districts will host the first round of the region tournament. The final two rounds will be played at Cleveland State. Does anyone know when exactly the Region 3AA tournament starts and what days they will play on.

Sequatchie Co. over Chattanooga Christian 72-27. At the half it was 51-16.

East Ridge will play Chattanooga Christian at 4:30est, and Howard will play Hixson at 7:30est tomorrow night 2/17 at Hixson.

Results from round one. Sequatchie Co. over Marion Co. 76-35. Chattanooga Christian over Bledsoe Co. 41-28. Sequatchie Co. will play Chattanooga Christian Saturday 2/17 at Hixson at 6:00pm. Grundy Co. over Notre Dame 74-27. Howard over East Ridge 60-50 Howard will play Grundy Co. at Hisxon Saturday 2/17 at 3:00pm.

Hey Jim, In the 6AA district standings Marion Co. is #8 and Hixson is #9. They had to flip a coin. I posted them in reverse on the early post but I edited it just now. It does not make any difference in who plays who, but it does determine where the play-in game will be played at. Hixson will play at Marion Co. on Wednesday 2/14.

Yeah Chattanooga Christian got the bad end of the deal. But I think that the coin toss is the fairest way to break a tie.
