  1. TWAN, I think it's time to remove "YOUWILNEVERKNOW" and "CHEWFAT" off the boards period. I'm filing a complaint with CoachT to have them removed. If you go back and look at ALL their threads, the majority are just for instigating like a bunch of Rednecks. They never have anything good to say about anybody or anything without bashing someone else, a player, a coach or a fan. That is crossing the line too many times. TWAN, its time. /cool.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="B)" border="0" alt="cool.gif" />
  2. I found out who you are ChewFat. Done a little calling around to some friends from your area. People would be very surprised to hear who you are. I have a LOT of connections with certain people down there that know you very well.....or are you chicken to say who you are /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> I already know who "youwillneverknow" is. You know, that "BOT" software package works very well. Dang I'm good....and you'rE CHICKEN! /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
  3. The facts are there by this thread alone to back up my statements earlier. Riverdale is on top. Maybe not the state champion yet, but the fact jealousies, pettiness and small minded accusations continue are prophetic signs of just how powerful the Riverdale program is. Every snide remark is one more brick in the wall of how great the Riverdale program is and these few are not smart enough to figure that out. So you Riverdale girls be proud and understand that sometimes adults can pay you the biggest compliments by their glib jealousies. You just have to rise above it and not respond to it and understand that there will always be a green monster staring at your back. /cool.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="B)" border="0" alt="cool.gif" /> "Who surpasses or subdues mankind, must look down on the hate of those below." - Lord Byron another...... James 3:15 says, “For jealousy and selfishness are not God's kind of wisdom. Such things are earthly, unspiritual, and motivated by the Devil.” It is written all over your posts....from many years back.

  5. ME...OBNOXIOUS!!!??? /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> Well, maybe a little but it is always meant in a joking way. Sometimes the typewritten word does not always get across the meaning...so I use pictures... /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> I'm glad you and Bluesfan understand me. I really like a good laugh and try hard to get them. Life's too short. You guys are great! /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
  6. I'm placing my post here from another thread..... First, I want to say thanks to all the girls AND fans AND parents of the Riverdale team for a fantastic season run. Absolutely incredible. I must say, Riverdale softball has climbed to new levels of excellence and, by that, has brought the level of play around middle Tennessee to a new level. AAA Teams such as Riverdale, Siegel, Brentwood, Dickson, Coffee and Lincoln have been perennial power houses that typically set the benchmark for excellence. Granted some years are rebuilding years but for the most part, always contend to win tournament play. Riverdale is in it's fourth year as a contender. Not bad for a program that barely had a field and maybe one 2nd place district win back in '87 (someone correct me please). Their rise has sparked interest in that area to new levels. Tradition is something Riverdale and Siegel aspires to while most other contenders have it. You have to start somewhere and Riverdale got there faster than any other team that I can remember. They've been knocked out by one run or one bad break in prior years. Getting to state is an accomplishment in itself and most certainly something to be proud of. What was just a scratched out dirt spot in a field next to the high school became a first class field that other schools have copied and everyone knows that copying is the best form of flattery. Coach B would be mad at me for saying that I would be happy just to go to state because he settles for nothing less than a championship, as he should, but being there is something special in itself, that he would readily admit. It's an accomplishment that gives you reflection on all your hard work with gratification knowing you've been recognized as an elite. Without the support of the great parents of Riverdale and their hard work, none of this would ever have happened. To some, "driven" is mistaken as "obnoxious" and small minds will always make that mistake. Excitement is what this game is all about and Riverdale is living it. You couldn't ask for anything more in that department. What a great year and congrats to all of them, including Soddy. They are the team that everyone strives to beat. JustChewinFat, your posts have at least kept the fire going and inspired others to do the same. THIS, in itself, is an old tradition. As I said in an earlier post, ANYONE could win it and the Riverdale/Mt. Juliet game was prophecy. I hate it for Riverdale but can you imagine inspiration the MJ girls felt when they won that game? Screaming the fact that they came out of the loser's bracket and beat Riverdale? THAT, my friends, says it ALL! /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

  8. Preds are Dead! Book It!! /cool.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="B)" border="0" alt="cool.gif" />
  9. If I can get out of work, I'll be there.
  10. Soddy 2 Columbia 0 THAT will not get it done! You obviously leap before you look /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> Any team can win this thing. Judging by some of the scores, everybody has a crack in their chinking. We're just happy to be at state. STILL much work to do. The kids are all winners in my book. Columbia did a good job. It was close.
  11. /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
  12. Came home after the game last night and concocted this masterpiece in 15 minutes. What can I say. I'm very good at it. /biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> I have roasted the best of them /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> .
  13. If that's the best you got, I'm disappointed. Dang, you can dish it out but can't take it. One and done, I believe is what you said. I thought you would man up better than that! /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
  14. Riverdale Goes To State! I didn't know CROW had any fat? /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> Riverdale 2, Ooltewah 0
  15. Nice job Coach. I heard today that their field was beautiful. Obviously, it's very nice.
  16. Which pitchers did Soddy use?
  17. All anyone has to do is beat them and not flap their gums about them. By the way, since you're a Blues fan, shouldn't you be able to afford plus membership or do you worship from the other side of the tracks? /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
  18. Hey man, you don't get it! I'm a Riverdale fan and don't mind respecting the competition. Sheesh! I'm just giving Kudo's where it's due....PERIOD! I've always respected their program. Don't like them very much but you can't argue with the results and they deserve it.....dang! /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
  19. You can't argue with facts. They've always been tough. This is nothing new for that club. This is the toughest section in the state. When you look at other divisions, A and AA, you see the usual teams rolling over their competition with virtually no sweat. AAA has some of the most competitive regions and sectionals you could ask for. If you get out of this section, you've done something special. The key is win the games your suppose to win. Except, that's easier said than done. /cool.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="B)" border="0" alt="cool.gif" />
  20. David, I think we found a lazy fat "BUTT" in the audience. These are the same people that run around telling you that you can't do this or that. They don't want people to succeed and they want to make sure you don't have the opportunity to. Just be like everyone else, you know, like commie countries. By the way, have you earned any carbon credits? /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
  21. You can say that it adversly affects schools but as in another post I stated, it's really the small town schools that are far away from a metropolis that will suffer greatly. Schools in the 'Boro and Nashville, Dickson and Chattanooga will merely shift their focus on travel teams and not miss out of too much training. But, schools with facilities anywhere in the state should not be banned from holding their doors open for anyone to come in and train, if that's what this is doing. Rules by the TSSAA just keep me scratching my head. This ruling has all the appearance of an attempt to satisfy... (1) a bunch of screaming parents that "believe" their kids are hindered to play other sports because of apparent pressure to practice another. This boils down to Political Correctness running amok. Though their actions were probably noble to an extent, the result is catastrophic to sport oriented schools, which is really what this is all about. (2) The whiners have cried saying that THIS school has bigtime practice facilities and "THEIR" school does not. Well, guess what, the parents have pooled their monies and sacrificed their time to build them. Just because others sit on their fat "BUTTS" and whine about it, others suffer. Take my advice and either do something about it as David proposes, hold meetings and rallies "OR", do nothing. "THOSE THAT ARE MOTIVATED, SHALL BE STRUCK DOWN BY THE WEAK MINDED." ......ERA This has been one of my quotes for years....been it, lived it. /cool.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="B)" border="0" alt="cool.gif" />
  22. If you don't believe it, here's the pdf... TSSAA Region Blunder Here's the HTML... TSSAA Region Blunder 2nd Time They may have it changed by Monday morning but dang!
  23. You know, he's an idiot. Just a plain old idiot. What's worse, his desire to flaunt his lack of respect in the face of the league president not only stinks, but it wreaks through the whole organization. Now you essentially have big brother telling all these athletes how they are going to live their personal lives and that is not what they should be or have the right to be doing but they have to because the UNION didn't have the grapes to crack down on these IDIOTS! So, in a nutshell, IT'S THE UNIONS FAULT FOR EVERYONE GETTING CAUGHT UP IN THIS......what an idiot, and what an idiot Fischer is for putting up with him....rotten to the core.....team buster....punk.....criminal......and most of all, A LIAR......remember the newspaper article??????? /cool.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="B)" border="0" alt="cool.gif" />
