  1. who has the best freshman team this year in the midstate.....
  2. Joe Thompson from Mercersburg Academy in Pennslyvania. He has 3 picks and 3 tds in 3 games for the Blue Storm in his first year to play football. He plays wide receiver and corner. He attended Father Ryan last year.
  3. David Palmer is the biggest cupcake in Tennessee. That kid is a waste of space. If I was anywhere close to 6'8 I would be at least average. His attitude stinks. His game stinks. This kid needs to act his age, not his IQ--- needs to hit the books, his ignorance is showing. I hope this kid has fun playing small D1 ball as opposed to playing big time which he could play if he wasn't the biggest Dairy Queen to ever "bang" in the paint. Palmer, go outside and play basketball and get the heck off the computer. Your a loser.
  4. BigRed, next season you need to make sure you swallow...... so you won't choke!
  5. Your absolutely right, I have no clue as to what I'm talking about. But yet you still respond to my ignorant comments?? Funny how that works out. I know all I need to know about baseball. Having no class on a message board is going to haunt me for the rest of my life. Do you honestly think I care if you think I have class or not especially on the internet? No, that's why I keep posting and making people like you look like an idiot w/o class... funny how that works out
  6. Thank God this tournament is over with... Baseball is usually enjoyable when you have a remotely descent announcer, but whoever was announcing the games at David Lipscomb was just awful. It was just awful. It was awful to have to pay to hear some loser try to announce a game. Hopefully that guy was in high school, but if he isn't man, he should stick to his day job. I'm glad Ryan won, but the victory was spoiled by tumultuous announcing.
  7. Father Ryan rocked Pettus and beat MBA 9-2.

    BA Game Today

iconu2, that's really awesome that you are a Ryan alum, however don't you try to point any finger at me. I could care less what anyone thinks about me. For you to say that just shows your lack of character and judgement. I can't exactly back that up but just giving an example of how preposterous you sound. If you and anyone else can't handle trash talk, then don't watch the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, or any college sport. Just like your opinion that this is not proper behavior, my opinion is get over it. I'm sure it really does make you mad that a Ryan student is talking trash and supporting their team........ Maybe you and Bill Brunner should be buddies for trying to stop people from cheering for their teams......
  9. I love BGA being the second seed in the tourney..... oh this just in, Father Ryan is the #1 seed, funny how that works out. WesVols your a pure loser and yes Stevens is taking the Father Ryan softball team with him to the junior olympics
  10. I'm not predicting anything, but Father Ryan's tough schedule is paying off big time. Belmont-Abbey signee/USA 19:U player Center Mid Nick Wyatt has been out for the majority of the season and he is making his highly anticipated return when the region kicks off. His presence in the middle will solidify one of the best lineups in the southeast. Goalie Ben Stevens reminds me more each day of a younger Tony Meola. It would be cliche to say that he is a wall, but honestly the guy is the best in the biz. From what I hear is that he is graduating then going over to England and is going to sign with Manchester for a ridiculous amount of money. Irish are going to be tough.

Your welcome.... As long as your thinking about me....

    BA Game Today

WesVols, it's very clear that I got inside your head. Trashing another team is part of any sport. If you can't handle being dissed don't play any sports or cheer. You can hold me accountable for every word I type on this message board. I'm sorry my life doesn't revolve around Coacht.com. The last thing I could care about is whether or not I get credibility on a website. Sorry I have a life and I don't spend every breathing moment on this website or the computer. Hey WesVols, go outside...... the graphics are great!

    BA Game Today

Do they teach people how to read at Ezell? The last score between FR and BA was 7-1 in Father Ryan's favor. I thought I was being modest when I said Junior Olympic Team. They are unreal. Amber Hiltz and Diane Shelton remind me of a female version of the "M&M" boys. For those who don't what I'm talking about, I'm referring to Mickey Mantle and Roger Maris. Amber Hiltz is a diamond queen and has a freaking cannon at second base. Diane Shelton reminds me more each day of female Mickey Mantle. The scary thing is Shelton is only a freshman. She will easily be the starting catcher for TEAM USA by the time she is sophomore next summer for the 2004 Olympics. Start your praying........

    BA Game Today

All of you are overlooking one of the best teams in the southeast.... I'm talking Father Ryan. BA thinks that since they tied Father Ryan they won, well we all found out who truly was the better team in teh DII middle region last week. BA should shut their mouths and grow up. It's kinda weird for them because this is the first time a team has actually won without the aid of recruiting people from all over the USA. Father Ryan is definitely the most talented and is using its talent to its full potential. Everyone in D2 better pray to God they don't run into USA Junior Olympic team aka Father Ryan softball team.

    BGA @ FR

Maybe Father Ryan doesn't need fans after all. They apparently can win without them. Brunner is not a very smart coach for trying to get rid of their fan base. Just shows he doesn't care about anyone but himself. Has a potential D-1 prospect in Jake Kacynski (6'7, 240) sitting on the bench. The kid can throw some heat and he has him on the bench. Shows how much he knows. Will Myers is another one. Kid can also throw some heat, but Brunner refuses to pitch him. Both are seniors*** too. Let's just hope that he comes around.
  16. Let's hope Brunner can pull out another one. He found a great way to motivate his team by yelling at his own fans. It worked yesterday as Father Ryan got beemed 3 times by Compton, and scored 2 more runs to win. He is definitely a repeat coach of the year, but I've been hearing complaints of players that he doesn't know how to coach. He has at least 3 D-1 prospects and 9 players who could end up playing college baseball its just he doesn't know how to use it. He is a great coach though so he'll find a way.
  17. Oh yeah and the name of the pitcher from the Mets, moved to Omaha, Nebraska two years ago. His name is Geoff Tesmer.
  18. Hey dpg, just cause the truth hurts doesn't mean you have to get all offensive. I respect what the garyknows, hawks, and court(sp?) have to say. But if you wanna go cry about being a baby who can't handle losing to your friend in the 3rd grade, then i suggest you stay off message boards. I also respect whatever anyone else has to say whether its bigred03. I understand that it is weird sometimes for people to have the same opinion(God forbid) and people have the same stuff in common. But as for you, get a life you loser.
  19. Actually dpg, the pitcher you are referring is not working at a grocery store. In fact, he is now the closer for CalState-Fullerton. He is only a freshman too! He got his fastball into the upper 90s and his curveball is the same as I last saw it.... INCREDIBLE! I'll keep you updated on his greatness.
  20. The best player from TN to play in the NBA is....... David Vaughn! Hands down, argue all you want, Vaughn was always on...
  21. I don't think your very smart. Nobody is scared to play nobody and for you to get on a message board and say those things just shows your lack of character. Get a life and if you play basketball go work on your game. Go outside the graphics are great, too.
  22. The Father Ryan/McGavock showdown at McGavock in February will be one heck of a game. It will definitely be one of the battles of Nashville as well as Division 1 vs. Division 2. What makes this even better is that both of these teams are very stacked and it is a rematch of 2000 Nashville Freshman City Championship game in which McGavock won.
  23. I know this will get badmouthed and ridiculed but in my opinion, the talent level in DII this year is very high. With Father Ryan, Brentwood Academy, Harding Academy, Lausanne, McCallie, Notre Dame, I think all these teams can not only play but beat several Division I teams. In my opinion I think DII is just the same if not better than DI this year. Tell me what you think, Gomab I want your opinion.
  24. Judging from last year, they should look pretty good. I saw King Dunlap over the weekend and he looks about 6'9. He's one big fella. Reall should step it up this year as far as scoring goes. There other guard will step it up as well. They still go real deep into their bench. Dunlap has all the tools, its just up to him to make this a great year for BA. That's all I can help you out with.
  25. Father Ryan has a solid sophomore class right now led by Dylan Heim, Michael Graham, and Julius Virgo. The sky is the limit for these scholar-athletes.
