My personal favorite is top hog in gallatin! Best catfish, barbecue, turnip greens you’ll ever put in your mouth. They have also helped our football program a lot over the years!

If the Meigs folks leave early enough 2 restaurants I would recommend. Top hog in gallatin as you come through or go about 15 minutes further up 31 past westmoreland and try harpers catfish in scottsville Ky. You won’t be disappointed with either. Restaurants in town here grill on the hill, Kathy’s cupboard, la quesadilla.

If you get there early I’ll be the one cooking the burgers come see me

How many seniors does Meigs have?

Id love to see some pictures of the refs at this Gordonsville clay game. The night westmoreland played clay the white hat done some very suspicious things in that game. It actually got out of control due to the lack of calls. Then when a younger ref started calling the calls that needed to be made on clay the white hat called him over for a discussion. It was the oddest thing I’d ever saw and many others noticed the same thing. Never the less it didn’t work out for um! LOL

Probably will. You wouldn’t. I’m sure your a special kind of guy way ahead of the average cat!

If Westmoreland comes out and plays with the same fire and passion we played with in week 1 against Portland I like our chances. If we come out like we played against ER and whitehouse we will get clock runned! It’s the playoffs. The seniors go home and talk about oldtimes. The winners advance to make history!

Livingston academy in around 2005 or so went 5-5 regular season and wound up winning the state! I’m hoping for similar results. I love these seniors. Been around them since they were 2nd grade players. I know the love they have for the game and for each other. My recommendation this week is to make sure you know your assignment. That starts today! If you don’t know your assignment ask a coach to make sure you know. I have faith that we have the talent to win out if we know our assignments and execute. I also know nobody will force you to know them. You gotta take and make sure yourself!

Very very sloppy on offense! The time put in to the program shows up more and more each week! Peewee looking offensive performances for quite sometime now! Our offensive line needs to focus more on the first level defenders than they do the second level defenders if you ask me, a former lineman. Didn’t help the past week to have a starting offensive guard missing due to concussion. I watch hours of film, and our blocking schemes seem to be bad. Way too much penetration to run the wingt. We need a lot more practice time it appears. It would do our team good to play JV games and freshman games to get in all the practice they can because practice makes perfect they say. Clock management hurt us at the end of the game Friday. Not sure what happened. I’ve heard several stories. Heard the refs wouldnt allow our coach to call a timeout until they spotted the ball! That’s a first I believe. Never the less it killed our chances of getting the ball back. If anyone wants to play the blame game I’d say the coaches and players have equal part in our last 2 losses. Not ready mentally for either game if you ask me. Last 2 weeks are over though. We can win and get at least 1 home playoff game. That’s what we should be focused on. Hopefully we can watch film and learn how to get better. When I was in highschool our coach used film to point out our mistakes. You dreaded the Monday film study with the team. Everyone got to see your mistakes together it. It caused you to not want to make those again the following monday. Like JV games and freshman games film study together as a team to me is a necessity if your gonna have a serious program that wins. It even helps build character if that’s the goal. Everyone needs alittle constructive criticism sometimes. No one is above some of that. Not coaches, or players. It’s what drives us todo better in life they say

All the seniors better realize you have a few games to fix all your mistakes and that’s it! Line doesn’t stay with their blocks. Senior backs fumbling the ball in crucial times. Also it amazes me why Nick gray wasn’t in the ballgame to start the second half at fullback since he was the only player to score in the game? All this should be questions coaches and players look at themselves and ask what they can do to change? It’s sudden death now I just hope the seniors get that in their head and play their best the rest of the way. Also I think we didn’t try a pass until we got behind 2 scores all the way to the 4th quarter and then threw every play. The ER game had enough blame to go around to everyone I think if your willing to man up and admit it

ER was 14-7 over westmoreland with 10 minutes to go in the 4th. 4th down and 6 and threw a wheel route to get the first down that kinda broke our back. Westmoreland fumbled 4 times. Westmoreland was too nervous it seemed. ER is about the same as Westmoreland. We played terrible and ER won. The score was really exaggerated as to how the game went. ER went for it on 4th down how many times? We didn’t blitzed much to stop the run on 4th I don’t think. We also lost our starting defensive tackle in the first half and he was also our offensive guard. I just hope we don’t come out flat this week but it will be left up to our coaches and players as to how seriously they want to take the rest of the season.

One of the best moments of my life last night helping take down the post and getting a picture in the middle of Neyland field with Tillman and Simmons then going to sing we don’t give a dam- about the state of alamaba baby cause we from TN! All with my 17 year old son and wife. Also that was my first bama Tn game in person

Not a coach just speaking the truth. You get out what you put into life. You put little effort in you get little reward out. It’s life. Just glad we have the opportunity to get another shot if we all do out part

Go Vols, if I knew the Vols would suck as much as our coaches and players did tonight I’d sell my tickets for sure! I don’t want to sit threw another mess like that tomorrow and watch a team I love get embarrassed again! This coaching staff and team needs to decide if they are gonna take football serious or just go through the motions. We build a big nice new field house But forgot looking good don’t get you no where accept more embarrassment because you look terrible on the field! Let’s man up and put the time and effort we need to in order to look like a valid program in a big game like tonight was

I’m here. We should’ve stayed home and practiced last week instead of going to Florida. Got out played, out coached, out classed tonight. I hope we can meet again in the playoffs. We let 27 touch the ball 1 time this year and he has got 1 td. Not bad let’s build on that. The opening drive out of halftime or the lack thereof was the difference in the game. It summed up our entire year. Not prepared on offense nor do we really know who to use as personell.
