  1. Now you all know that "Doo-Little" is located on the NORTH side of the county!! /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  2. Exactly... pull alot of guards, downblock with tackles, and just a little more spread with recievers and skilled position players... sometimes a little motion to put a reciever in the backfield. We do a little more option now, that kinda thing but with the same principles of the great ole' wing T.
  3. I appreciate the new poll!! hopefully this one will be a little more unbias even tho when it comes to region 5 vs. 6 its hardly ever unbias on this site! /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  4. To an extent... its stil a large part of the offense but we look at alot of other formations with maybe a single wing or use the wingback as a slot. Maybe some is a new variation to the wing but a different look, with the same down blocking schemes
  5. Perry Co. Stil running their form of the wing T offense?
  6. The Cornersville vs. Richland was a good game... Richland had about 60 or so players and both teams made several subs but when the first teams were out there it was very competitve. The C'ville defense needs some tune ups but the offense ran the football VERY well.
  7. Alright sounds good.. I'm just trying to keep a level head here. A region 6 fan said we'd sweep 5 in week 0 and 1 which I dont think is necessarily right either. So idk how bias of a poll it is
  8. I'm going to go with Region6 A and the cats!! But that big of a blowout..I'm not sure??
  9. I'm just wondering how accurate this poll you have really is? This being a region 5 board dont you think most people are going to vote for the region 5 contestants? Just a thought... or it might be because I'm from region 6 /huh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="huh.gif" />
  10. Thanks, I read the thread and seems very true... characteristics of the article were true of both teams last year
  11. I'd kinda like to hear some info on this one as well
  12. Thats it exactly!! Should be three tough games
  13. Heard Wrong... but of about 25-30 they do stil have the same backfield and 2 returning all region players /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
  14. Anyway I Can Get In On This?... /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  15. Cornersville has their opening scrimmage friday the 8th against MTCS and then the following friday against Richland @ Marshall Co. in the anual Pigskin Preview
  16. Why the resignation after such a long tenure? It would be a great job to have because they do have a nice facility and park. I would say Bassham from MTCS would be a possible candidate who could also help that football team over there at CA
  17. Listen...nobody hates people complain about horrible umpires more than me I promise, but i have noticed over the course of the season single A does get the shaft alot of times in umpires...anybody disagree?
  18. Should Be a GREAT day of football...we'll get to see early predictions of each team
  19. Great game last night between Huntland and Cornersville...Game was tight all the way through even down to the last pitch as Huntland had a runner is scoring position but a strikeout ended the game with C'ville pulling out the close win.. both teams played pretty well.. great game
  20. Richland won 8-0 i believe....it was a tough day for the dawgs but not as bad as the scoreboard may make it...they didnt have any preseason scrimmages or games so it was their first day of real action. Parsons threw a great game and also had a pair of HR's...Richland jumped out early with four runs in the first and C'ville was never able to catch back up. They play today at Moore Co.
  21. Oh yeah you've read it right... you really think it was that big of an upset?
  22. I just wanted to see everybody's opinion here but who do yall think has the best line and the best backs coming back for next year in this region??
  23. Tap3 i know you can't be serious about these predictions now....c'mon i've heard of upsets but Perry Co. , Zion , and CA ...seriously thats almost funny
  24. Cornersville didn't lose much at all on offense, they will return they're enitre backfield with 2 all region players in Bassham QB/RB, and Hammack WR...so should be able to compete
