  1. My last visit to hogeye resulted in a big Livingston win. These guys are getting better as the season progresses. I'll take the Wildcats at hogeye by 6 points. Because they are winning games and just getting better and better. Every player on that team has stepped up the past few games. LA deserves to be ranked
  2. That is true. That coach really surprised me when he did that. That wasn't a good show of sportsmanship. When your up by that much you don't press and give some younger players some time. Aside from the coach i was impressed with the Livingston team. They have improved alot since they played last. Good job Wildcats.
  3. That is true. When they traveled to Cannon it was all about Dunn and without him they would have lost. Everyone stepped up and played good ball for Livingston las night. I was impressed especially with Stover. Seven threes! he's got a crazy looking shot , but it goes in. There was also improved post play by Ramsey and good players coming off of the bench (something Cannon was getting no production form).
  4. Ok we'll just see Glover. We're all entitled to our own opinion and you may be right. I've just seen how hard these guys have worked and i think will do alot better this next season.
  5. I think that White House will win this one without too much trouble. Livingston isn't that good when Dunn is contained. They shouldn't cause too much trouble for White House. I would be worried about Upperman before i was about Livingston.
  6. If Dunn is held to less than 15 points then they will win. Otherwise no raod win for the Lions.
  7. No way. Tullahoma by double digits easily
  8. Give me the Wildcats. They play Cannon Co. tomorrow night and should win that one. They will finish first in the district.
  9. You want bad blood, you need to check out the Cannon Co. Dekalb Co. rivalry. All the way up to the 2005 season Cannon hadn't beat Dekalb in over 40 years if I'm not mistaken. When Cannon beat Dekalb 47-7 that year it just heated it even more. Last year Dekalb did beat Cannon, but it was a close game. These games, not just in football, I mean this is every sport which sometimes even escalates to baseball, usually result in some sort of disturbance breaking out where the game has to be delayed. It is most definitely one of the top rivalries in Tennessee.
  10. I may even come out for this one. I've been watching Siegel for the past few years and these girls have been great. Good luck Tuesday night Stars
  11. Brentwood will do better than expected, but Liberty emerges victorious
  12. Westmoreland may be losing these players, but they always have good players to step up and fill positions. I see the Eagles still having a competitive season this year.
  13. Thank you Croz. Cannon will be someone to watchout for this year, only losing three starters.
  14. Oakland will seek revenge, but they'll come up empty handed. Riverdale rolls again. 49- 45
  15. Cookeveile is on a high noe right now, and i think that their confidence level will be very high. Both teams are going to fight hard and it will be close. I say that Faulkner and Parrott have big games and the Stars take it in double overtime.
  16. I've been waiting for this one ever since the heartbreaker in Smithville. I'm sure the players have, too. I wasn't happy when i found out that the game was rescheduled, but in order for it to be a fair contest both sides should be 100%. I am really pumped up for this one, and i hope Cannon pulls this one out. Cannon's last game resulted in their first District win, and I think that they will win on Feb. 12 as well. Cannon 63-Dekalb 57. Go Lions!
  17. Yeah Gordon went off for North Central. I wasn't expecting Loyola to get beat that bad
  18. Hey coach are you putting in a whole new defense this year?
  19. Cannon will not struggle to win one or two. Cannon Co. is returning almost every starter and has an all new non-region schedule which soesn't include Jo Byrns this year. Cannon Co. wins five this year.
  20. Cannon co. will be alot better. They only lost five seniors to graduation. Only three four year seniors. The two best were hurt almost the whole season, so the players behind them got alot of experience. Coach Barger is bulding a solid system in Cannon, and the players are starting to catch on. Go Lions!
  21. Cannon Co. Lion's Scedule 2007 Week 1 @ Sequatchie Co.* Week 2 @ York Institute Week 3 Franklin Road Academy* Week 4 @ Westmoreland Week 5 @ Dekalb Co.* Week 6 Jackson Co. Week 7 Marion Co.* Week 8 @ Upperman Week 9 Bledsoe Co.* Week 10 Smith Co. Thank you Coach Barger for taking Jo Byrns and Taft off of the schedule
  22. I think this is a very diverse region and the race for everyone of these spots is up for grabs. I think Westmoreland will still do fine. these graduations may have some affect, but there are plenty of players to fill in for the graduates.
