Who scored for westview?

Its going to be a liverpool chelsea semi final. With liverpool in its current form, i wouldn't be suprised for Chelsea to be upset. What a way for united to respond after losing to portsmoth. The fa cup semi will be a joke. Watford have no chance.

At one game a ref gave a straight soft red, no yellows

I play right d for dyersburg, my brother is laydown if anyone noticed the name thing, I agree, although there could be an upset in this region. You can never count sheffield out.

This region might be interesting since Madison, Haywood, Sheffield and Mcnairy all are contenders for the championship. I personally think it it will be Sheffield and Madison if past scores are any indication. Mcnairy has had a great start to the season, and have already upset Madison(even though starters were missing) and tied Sheffield. Madison looks the strongest in scores (except for mcnairy). Just because you beat a team once, doesnt mean you can beat them later in the season, so Ill go with Madison 1st, sheffield 2nd, Mcnairy 3rd, and Haywood 4th. Second through 4th is really close. I'm looking forward to our games with Madison and Haywood.

That list seems pretty accurate exept grueser plays for dyersburg, not northside.

I have seen more players carded for talking to the ref, than for fouls. While the team captain should bring up any concerns to the ref, its not like the ref will suddenly see things your way and say "by gosh your right, that is a penalty". I have yet to see a TN high school ref change his call (although i hope its happened) so complaining doesn't do much good. i do believe that every ref goes into every match to try to call the game as correctly as possible, Call are missed for 4 reasons, #1 having two refs instead of 3, #2 some refs not being as agile as players, #4 lack of referee education, and #4 being human

Refs also need to allow us to voice our concerns more. I had a player cussing at me the whole game, and when I tried to tell the ref he almost gave me a yellow!

I don't think that the number of people is as important as having the proper instrumentation. This is the only way you can have a good, balanced sound on the field. Having 30 low brass and 5 trumpets is worse than having 10 of each.

I think that Westview and USJ have a chance to go far this year. Madison Academic may still do well, but they seem to have lost a lot from last year. I think Dyersburg has potential, but they need to focus on working together and building a strong team for the future. The loss of 13 seniors is hard for anyone to absorb. It will be a few years before they become a major force again, but that wont stop them from challenging for region this year! The underclassman have really stepped up.

Be sure to add sophomore David Grueser from Dyersburg

David Grueser from Dyersburg is really showing some promise. He's involved in ODP, and has really become a major part of their offense. He is extremely fast, and has great skill and accuracy. His team playing could stand some improvement, but he really is a very strong player. He is a forward who really has the ability to make chances alone. Evan jones,Kyle Youmans and the Lay twins have also looked sharp for sophomores!

That's really great. This is the kind of thing that needs to happen more in high school soccer. Character and sportsmanship should matter more than winning. I hope more teams follow Catholic's example.
