Just reminding everyone...Farraguts field is NICE this year. The grass has been cut beautifully and well taken care of. Perfect soccer condition. And i dont want to start this again...but it seems everyone forgets it!!!! Farragut High School soccer is a CLUB!!! They pay the school to play on their football field, they get noooo money from the school or much less the town. Farragut doesnt have money for a field unless there was a donation to them like the baseball team. Now im done, but i have to say this- the announcing was awful last night, it seemed like all they did was talk about cesars(own goal)goal and how good ben backstrom was and tom webster..even if they lost the ball somehow it was a good play?

The news people are just too smart for us...I loved watching last nights game with all the mess ups on the names of the players! (bearden farragut)

4-1 Gtown Houston #7 1-0 Hendersonville#2 1-0 Collierville#3 This was the path of the gilrs Bearden in state last year, im not saying their championship was disputable, they were a great team. Just showing that they played a seven seed first and Farragut played Collierville #3 first. Just throwing that out there but lets leave the girls alone in this one.

Two top teams from Tennessee take on the #1 team in AAAAA soccer from Georgia. This should be a very very very tough challenge for CAK and Farragut. Both have key injuries to their starting lineup that could affect the game. Predictions?

They actually called that? In the late stages of the game...wow. I would think given the Spirit of the Game that they would either let it go or just warn the keeper. I hate to say this but knowing Joeys reputation he might of been taunting the players, in this case i can understand...

Im so happy that the CAK Catholic game was earlier in the night, i got the chance to see a little of both games! Who ever got the times changed, WAY TO GO!! About the FHS BHS game, as someone said in an earlier post, Bearden won the second half on Counter attacks. Beardens Rotation of five forwards in the last ten minutes ran Farraguts defense to pieces!! Tom and Aaron up top make up an intense attack that is hard to stop. Farragut did possess well but lacked the finishing ball to break Beardens 7 defenders /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> Great game to both teams!

I personally play a 4-2-4 when I play FIFA for Xbox 360, best formation by far in real life too!......not! This is another example of an opinion, everyone has a certain formation they like but that doesnt mean that anothers is wrong, like someone said earlier in the post. A coach accounts for the players he has and then chooses his formation. He doesnt just fill players into a formation... that wouldnt work at all. Lets just all agree that a formation depends on the players. But..the 4-2-4 is still by far the best!!! /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

Nope! not that I know of, BigG watch out for Chase Nieri in the midfield he is veryyyy dangerous, he almost wins every punt, kick, free kick welll actually every 50-50 that comes into the mid field. Good luck to both teams!!!

I believe if Spenser Amerson from Farragut regains his fitness from last year( a freshman) he should definitly be considered, he has had a nagging quad injury all year

I think Bearden and Farragut both conduct practice on their practice fields, Farraguts practice field is pretty big and correct me if i am wrong Bearden practices on a smaller field than their game field? But yes watching soccer on a football field is pretty painful, i do agree on that

I think you are being quite ignorant about Farragut, Farragut is a new team after this South Carolina Tournament. They played some of the toughest teams in the Southeast and defeated them. Farragut had difficulties in the beginning of the year but what team doesnt? Bearden had their difficulties with their defense in the beginning of the year and they have come together fantastically. Im am not saying that Farragut is a tonnn better than Bearden im just saying your using information that is not true anymore. Other than that I agree that sometimes they dont play as a team, but I heard they played great together last night. I wish i could of witnessed it, i was attending the exceptional CAK Webb game last night. Both teams played great

Who ever said that Alex Hutchins wasnt fast...you are sadly mistaken, he is amazingly quick with the ball at his feet and has amazing speed. He starts for the 90' State champions Arsenal and he could play 91 but continues to play an age up. Hard to do these days!

I think Farragut is peaking right now(what a time to peak, right before Bearden) past Farragut teams have peaked early and kept it up all season, im just wondering if this years team can last all year. Im predicting Farragut 4-1, I have much respect for Bearden but I just think this is going to be the game of the year for Farragut
